By accessing or using the Service, clicking "I Agree," or signing an Order Form referencing these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

1.4. Incorporation by Reference. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which form an integral part of this Agreement.

If you are under the required age, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to be in violation of this eligibility requirement.

2. Service Description and Modifications

2.2. Service Level. The service and service support are available during agreed hours in the time zone specified in the relevant Order Form or Service Level Agreement (SLA). We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Service available with minimal downtime, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2.3. Modifications to Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. Material changes that materially reduce functionality will be communicated to you in advance.
